Bridgit Richardson

At the age of 33 I became very ill with anaemia and put on a lot of weight. By the time I was 35 I weighed two and a half stone more than i had ever weighed and decided to do something about it so I joined Weight Watchers. It took me a year to shift the weight. Going through the process iI realised that I really wanted to help others who were experiencing that same pain.

I became a Weight Watchers leader and did all the necessary training and ran classes all over the Midlands for 6 years.  I had one of the top scores for helping people to their goal weights.  I have become tired of the way in which the big commercial organisations are relying more and more on selling vulnerable people chocolates, sweets and crisps, so decided to start this business along with Sue.  I have a level 3 certificate in weight management and nutrition and have studied childhood obesity.  I also have an NLP practitioner's certificate which gives me the ability to help you see yourself and your life in a different way and help you to model new behaviours. I have also taught practical philosophy for 15 years which has helped to develop my own emotional and spiritual intelligence. I am passionate about helping you learn  to love yourself and to help you see that you are worth every bit of effort.

You are not on your own, it's about working together in a non judgemental and criticism free environment.

Look forward to seeing you.

I have many years experience developing and delivering training courses across a variety of topics and work on a one-to-one as well as a group basis. I have run my own business since 1987. More importantly I have been on my own weight loss journey and have, to date lost over 3 stone. This was not without a few ups and downs and I still have more to go!! I have a level 3 certificate in weight management and healthy eating as well as studying childhood obesity. I have a Practitioner certificate in NLP and have studied up to master practitioner level. I want more than anything to support other women in losing weight and developing healthier  life styles. We all need long term and sustainable strategies if we are to make a lasting difference.
