Training Courses for 2010
All courses lasts  for 10 sessions, which are delivered over a three month period.

The total cost of the course is £140 (for new participants) which includes refreshment, all training materials and handouts

Please note that on the first day of the course, we will be taking weight measurements etc to establish a starting point. In order to get accurate figures, we ask people not to eat or drink anything during the two hours preceding the start of the course.
Sept 16th Training Course

The training course  starts on Thursday 16th September 2010 at the Coach House in Stourbridge and lasts for 10 sessions spread over three months.

The sessions start at  6.00 PM and finish at  8.00 PM
